Chinese themed Vegetarian stir-fry

Recipe Ingredients for broccoli tofu stir-fry with rice noodles

3 cups broccoli
6 stalks celery
3 carrots
1 medium onion
2 cups tofu
1/4 cup oil
6 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons ginger
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 cloves of garlic (or more)
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 cups rice noodles
1 cup alfalfa sprouts

Recipe Directions for broccoli tofu stir-fry with rice noodles

  1. Heat 4 tbsp oil med heat and throw in ginger (use a large fry pan or wok).

  2. Add chopped onions, carrots, celery

  3. put in soy sauce or other sauce

  4. add chopped tofu

  5. add chopped broccoli

  6. stir cornstarch and water together and pour over contents.

  7. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally

  8. Boil water for noodles, when boiled add noodles and cook for 3-5 minutes

  9. You can season noodles with curry powder and a tbsp or so of oil if you like

  10. Add alfalfa sprouts last and cook low-med for a few minutes

  11. Once veggies get cooked a bit, take it off and eat it
