Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli tofu stir fry

1 medium onion
3 cups broccoli
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup green chili
2 cups tofu

Recipe Directions for Broccoli tofu stir fry

  1. dice the onion and carmelise in 1 tbsp of the soy sauce. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

  2. Steam the broccoli and add this to the onions and garlic, together with the diced tofu.

  3. Add the chili, the rest of the soy sauce and the lime juice. Stir until veggies are tender-crisp. Add a drop of water if the sauce goes too thin.
