Wonderful along with veggies as a dip or along with a salad.Each serving is now 1/4 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Tahini Pate

3 cups chopped raw broccoli
3/10 cup tahini( 1/3 cup)
2 tbs green onions
1 tbs flaxseeds (ground)
1 tbs nutritional yeast
1 tbs Tamari
1 tbs dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
1 pinch of cayenne

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Tahini Pate

  1. Pour hot water over the broccoli and leave for 1 minute. Drain and pour cold water over to cool. Then add all ingredients in the vita mix and start gradually but end up with it on full blast.

  2. This makes three 1/2 cup portions each.

  3. Keeps for 3 days in the fridge
