Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Stir-fried With Orange And Toasted Garlic

7 cup Broccoli
1/2 cup Orange Juice
3 tbsp Garlic, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Orange Zest

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Stir-fried With Orange And Toasted Garlic

Peel skin from broccoli stalks and cut off florets. Cut stalks into .25" medallions. Heat wok to medium and add 2-4 tbsp orange juice. Stir-fry garlic about 5 minutes, or until browning. Add pepper flakes, then transfer to a small bowl and set aside. Add .25 cup orange juice and broccoli over high heat. Cover and cook - stirring occasionally - until broccoli is tender and juice is gone. Stir in garlic mixture and add a little orange zest.
