Thick and natural Broccoli and Stilton soup

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Stilton Soup

6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
300 grams Broccoli
2 tbsp Olive Oil
30 grams Double Cream
5 Glass Water
1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
0.17 Pack Chicken Stock
75 grams Blue Cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Stilton Soup

  1. Fry onions in oil

  2. Dice peeled potato in cubes

  3. Add water, chicken stock to fried onions

  4. Add potatoes

  5. Bring to boil until potatoes are semi tender

  6. Add Broccoli for 4-5 minutes

  7. Transfer to food processor and blitz into a smoothie

  8. Bring back to heat and add cheese, making sure it completely dissolves with stirring.

  9. Take off heat, wait 5 minutes to cool, then add dollop of double cream for smoother taste
