Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli & Squash Stir Fry

3 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 tbsp chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
2 tsp Herb Blend
2 cups squash

Recipe Directions for Broccoli & Squash Stir Fry

Spray pan with Pam, and stir fry chopped onion, garlic, basil and broccoli on medium heat for 5-10 minutes before adding the bite-sized pieces of squash. Cook until crisp-tender (or your desired tenderness). Salt to taste.
