Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Squash Salad

2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup, mashed Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 head Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
1 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Squash Salad

  1. Shred lettuce and cabbage.

  2. Chop green onions and add to salad.

  3. Steam until tender broccoli and squash.

  4. Top salad with broccoli and squash.

  5. Serve with Tahini Sauce (another recipe) or other dressing.
