Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Spinach Breakfast Bake

10 oz. frozen broccoli, chopped
10 oz. frozen spinach, chopped
6 egg whites
4 eggs
1/2 cup almond meal
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. mustard powder
1 oz. 2% cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Spinach Breakfast Bake

  1. Place veggies in a 6 x 9 pyrex

  2. Beat eggs, add spices (salt and pepper to taste)

  3. Mix in Almond meal

  4. Pour over veggies in the pyrex

  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese

  6. Place into a preheated 450 degree oven and bake for 40 minutes.
