1 red onion, 1/2 leek, 1 big broccoli, 3 carrots and the leaves of 6 carrots, 1 bayleaf, salt and pepper, soy sauce and a bit of olive oil, 1/2cubic of beef stock The cooking water of green beans, and about 2 to 3 l water. Optional: some yoghurt

Recipe Directions for broccoli soup

Fry the onions and leek in the oil until glazed, then add the carrots, green, and broccoli that you have chopped in small pieces. Bring all the liquid to boil and add a little bit together with the rest of the vegs. Then add all liquid and stock, and soya sauce + season. Take the bayleaf out and mix the vegs. Can be served with yoghurt.
