2 bunches broccoli, medium
1 onion
5 grams butter
1 Stock Cubes
1 1/2 liters water

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Soup

  1. 1. Cut broccoli and boil in water for 15 minutes.

  2. 2. Saute chopped onion in butter in a pot.

  3. 3. Pour boiled broccoli over the sauteed onions.

  4. 4. Bring to a boil.
