Very simple broccoli soup, sourced from Big Oven.com, originally by Gordon Ramsay. Very tasty with some goats cheese and/or tabasco.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Soup

6 cup, chopped Broccoli
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
8 g Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Soup

  1. Chop 2 heads of broccoli (approx 6 cups) into small 1 in sq pieces.

  2. Place all at the same time into rapidly boiling water for 4 mins.

  3. Remove broccoli from water and place into a blender. Fill the blender with water to match about half the column height of broccoli - this water should be from the saucepan you used previously. Blend!

  4. Add salt and extra water to preference.
