Had to use up the surplus of broccoli from work.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Soup

5 lbs broccoli
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp basil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp paprika
6 red potatoes
1/4 cup white onion
4 garlic cloves
1 cube chicken stock

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Soup

  1. Boil broccoli and sliced potatoes in water and chicken stock cube.

  2. Try to use all the broccoli water for the nutrients.

  3. Sautee onions and garlic for flavor, add all spices and blend together.
