Broccoli soup. You can also substitute almost ANY vegetable to make it suitable to your tastes.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Soup

3 cups broccoli
1 cup table cream
4 cups chicken stock
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Soup

  1. sautee garlic in butter in medium size pot.

  2. Once garlic is soft (not browned) add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.

  3. once boiled add vegetable of choice, boil until vegetable is tender.

  4. Blend if preferred.

  5. Add cream
