Creamy Broccoli soup to boost your immune system

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Soup

5 cup, chopped Broccoli
3 1tsp Olive Oil
0.67 cup, chopped Onions
3 clove Garlic
2 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots
1 tsp Coriander Seed
1 tsp Paprika
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/4 tsp Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Soup

Heat oil in medium soup pot over medium heat. Saute carrots onion garlic & spices until soft, 3-5 min. Trim & chop broccoli & add with water to pot. Simmer covered on low until broccoli is soft, 15 minutes or so. Removed from heat & cool 5-10 minutes. Blend until smooth. Add salt & pepper to taste
