A nice tasting soup for lunch or dinner. 299 caloire 15 g carb per serving. You may add ham to this recipe if you wish.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Soup

2 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 tbsp ICBINB! Regular (Soft)
1 oz Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3/4 tsp Soup Base
2 serving Flakes Minced Onion

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Soup

Melt margarine in saucepan. Add minced onion, dry mustard, chicken bouillion and flour, stir until pasty. Add milk and water all at once. Cook for 5 minutes, then add broccoli. cook and stir until mixture begins to thicken, Remove from heat. Serves 4
