274 g onion
429 g broccoli
9 g garlic
5 cups water

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Soup

  1. Chop up all the vegetables and boil them in the water (stock cube optional).

  2. Leave to cool and then blend.

  3. Add blue cheese later as additional calories.
