Tasty Soup great on a cold winter day.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Soup

3 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
12 oz chicken stock
12 oz evaporated milk
1 cup water
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Soup

In a large pot, add water and chicken stock, bring to a boil. Add Broccoli, onion and garlic. Boil until brocolli is cooked. Pour into a blender and blend on the highest setting for 1 minute or until the mixture is smooth. Return to the pot and add evaporated milk and salt. cook on low temperature for 5 to 10 minutes.
