3 stalks broccoli
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon light sour cream
2 cups vegetable broth
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoon butter

Recipe Directions for Broccoli soup (homemade)

  1. Roast broccoli and garlic with seasonings and olive oil for 30-40 minutes.

  2. Blend roasted vegetables and add broths, sour cream.

  3. heat on stove, add butter, for 10 minutes.
