Healthy and tasty broccoli souffle

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Souffle

2 pounds broccoli
2/3 cup splenda
1/4 cup sour cream, fat free
3 tbs whole wheat flour
2 tbs butter, unsalted
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup egg substitute

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Souffle

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Cook Broccoli in boiling water til tender

  3. Place cooked broccoli into food processor

  4. add rest of the ingredients and pulse to combine

  5. Spoon mixture into a 1 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray

  6. Bake for 40 minutes
