Low fat version of cole slaw. Water chestnuts dramatically increase sugar content and calories so I omitted.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Slaw

1 1/2 lbs broccoli
1/4 cup yogurt, nonfat
1/4 cup mayonnaise, reduced fat
3 tbsps vinegar
2 tsps sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 pepper to taste
1/2 cup red onion

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Slaw

  1. Buy broccoli pre-shredded in bag with red cabbage etc.

  2. Mix with other ingredients.

  3. Allow flavors to mix in fridge for 4-6 hours.
