Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Slaw

2 cups shredded broccoli
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 medium apple, chopped
1 pear, chopped
2 oz sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup Light Mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp splenda

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Slaw

Purchase already shredded veggies, chop up fruit, mix together with seeds and walnuts in a bowl. Make slaw dressing by mixing mayo, vinegar, and splenda in a separate bowl, adjusting proportions to taste. Add slaw dressing to vegetable and fruit mixture.
