Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Slaw

2 cup, chopped Broccoli
3 cup, chopped Carrots
16 tablespoon Mayonnaise light
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 serving Distilled White Vinegar
1.25 serving Raisins 100% Natural Snack
3 oz Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Slaw

  1. Grate carrots, chop off broccoli crowns into large bowl. Rinse and set aside.

  2. Mix mayo, sugar, and vinegar in separate bowl. Add mixture to veggies and fold until completely covered.

  3. Add raisins and sunflower seeds; fold again.

  4. Refrigerate for a couple hours, then enjoy!
