Oriental slaw -- healthier version

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Slaw

10 ounces shredded broccoli
1/2 cup noodles, ramen
1/8 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Slaw

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Crush noodles while in package.

  3. Combine noodles, seeds and almonds on baking sheet.

  4. Toast for about 10 minutes, stirring often until just getting brown.

  5. Cool.

  6. Combine dressing ingredients (whisk or shake).

  7. Just before serving, combine noodle mixture, broccoli and dressing.
