Good change from regular coleslaw and the broccoli is a nice texture.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Slaw

3 cups broccoli florets (lightly cooked)
3 cups red cabbage (shredded)
1/2 cup Craisins or raisins
1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
1/4 tsp lemon juice
2 T white wine vinegar
2 T sugar

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Slaw

  1. Put broccoli and cabbage and craisins in bowl.

  2. Mix together next six ingredients to prepare dressing.

  3. Add dressing to bowl and toss gently.

  4. Sour cream can be substituted for the plain yogurt and lemon juice.
