A very colorful salad that sneaks in vegetables that my husband doesn't like into a salad that he does like. Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Slaw

4 cup Broccoli slaw
11 ounces Corn
1/2 c Salsa
2 tbsp Fat Free Miracle Whip
2 tsp Sugar
1/8 tsp ground Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Cider Vinegar
1/4 c Sunflower Seeds

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Slaw

  1. Use Mexi-corn and drain it well. Use a slotted spoon to use more chunks and less liquid of the salsa and add it.

  2. Add all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Chill for 2 hours. It can be a wee bit wet, so drain off excess liquid if need be.

  3. Wonderful served with biscuits and tuna steaks.
