Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Slaw

2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
1/2 medium carrot, shredded
1/2 small sweet onion, chopped
4 tbsp raisins
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/4 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Slaw

  1. Mix together veggies and raisins in bowl.

  2. Mix together dressing ingredients, then pour over veggies. Let sit 2 hours, then serve.
