Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Slaw

2 tablespoons of light mayo
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 teaspoons minced shallots or onions
4 cups cooked broccoli, coarsely chopped barely cooked

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayo, vinegar, sugar, mustard and pepper. Stir in the shallots or onions, then add the broccoli. Toss the mixture well to coat the broccoli
