Marinated salad with broccoli slaw and uncooked ramen noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli slaw ramen salad

9 oz Broccoli Cole Slaw
3 oz. Ramen Noodles, Chicken
2 1/2 oz Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
2 1/2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Broccoli slaw ramen salad

  1. Rinse and drain one package of broccoli slaw.

  2. Crush noodles from one package ramen noodles, save flavor packet. Set aside.

  3. Dressing (whisk together until well blended):

  4. 1/3 C olive oil

  5. 1/3 C apple cider or balsamic vinegar

  6. Flavor packet from ramen noodles

  7. 1/4 C sugar

  8. Mix together broccoli slaw, crushed noodles, and dressing. Chill before serving. It usually tastes best if you allow at least 24 hours to chill.
