Good way to use bunch of broccoli for two different meals

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Slaw Dressing

1/3 c yogurt
1/2 T honey
1 T apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Slaw Dressing

  1. Lightly whip together the three ingredients.

  2. Slaw the stems of one bunch of broccoli (or use packaged broccoli slaw). Save the florets for another meal.

  3. Add a little dressing at a time to the slaw depending on how much you want in it (light to heavy --- I liked it in a light portion).

  4. Add toasted almonds or toasted sesame seeds with a few golden or black currants.
