Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Shrimp Pasta

1 bunch Broccoli
2.66 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.25 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
12 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
13.25 oz Whole Wheat Rotini
16 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
32 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Shrimp Pasta

Steam broccoli in steamer for 3 minutes. Whisk milk, flour, salt, nutmeg, and pepper to dissolve flour. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and stir in 8 tbsp. cheese. Reduce heat to low cook and stir 2 minutes. Meanwhile cook pasta according to directions. Add shrim during last minute of cooking. Set colander over large bowl. Drain pasta in colander; discard water. Transfer pasta to serving bowl; add broccoli, tomatoes, cheese sauce, remaining cheese and parsley. Toss to combine.
