Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Shrimp Pasta

1 cup broccoli florets
1/4 red pepper, diced
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
1 tbsp. parsley, dried
1 tbsp. basil, dried
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds (or pine nuts)
2 tbsp. Parmesan, grated
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 oz. chia seeds, dried
1 cup green peas, frozen
1 cup edamame, frozen
5 oz. shrimp

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Shrimp Pasta

  1. Steam broccoli about 3 minutes.

  2. Cool rapidly so it stays green.

  3. Chop coarsely.

  4. Use hot water to cook shrimp.

  5. Add and heat peas and edamame. Drain.

  6. Mix ingredients. Toss with pasta. Serve.
