Broccoli Sauce Recipe

A hearty sauce with lots of fiber and it taste AMAZING!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Sauce

6 cups Broccoli
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 garlic cloves
1 medium Onion
1 tbsp Flax seed
32 oz Fat free chicken Broth
2 oz Romano cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Sauce

  1. heat oil in a pot

  2. chop onions and garlic and satue' until onions are soft

  3. add in your boccoil and mix well

  4. Add Salt & pepper to taste

  5. Pour in your chicken broth cover and bring to a boil

  6. once at a boil, keep covered and simmer for 20 mins or until broccoli is soft.

  7. add in your flax seed and mash everything together

  8. sprinkle cheese over the top and cover for an additional 5 min.

  9. Mix well and serve over rice noodles, pasta or rice.
