Quick and heatlhy, great for potlucks.

Recipe Ingredients for broccoli salad

2 cups broccoli florets, cut bite size
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3 servings tukey bacon , cooked crsip and torn into pieces
1/8 red onion, sliced paper thin
1 tbl sunflower seeds
1/8 cup raisins
2 tbl lite mayonnaise
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbl sugar

Recipe Directions for broccoli salad

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.

  2. Mix mayo, sugar and venegar together.

  3. Toss to coat.

  4. Let stand for at least one hour, serve.
