This is a delicious salad similar to the salad at Pompous Pig restaurant.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Salad

1/2 green apple
2 cups broccoli
2 tablespoons almonds
1 tablespoon raisins
1/2 small onion
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
14 g (g g) Greek yogurt

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Salad

Chop up 1/2 green apple. Add to 2 cups of broccoli. Chop up 1/2 small onion. Add to broccoli mixture. Add 2 tablespoons of almonds and 1 tablespoon raisins. Then stir in 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and i tablespoon of Greek yogurt.
