Try this light broccoli salad with creamy dressing, grapes, celery, and raisins.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Salad

4 cups broccoli florets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 1/2 cups green grapes, halved
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower seed
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Salad

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture, and toss well. Chill for 1 hour.
