Cold broccoli salad for side dish or light lunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Salad

4 stalk Broccoli
2 miniature box (.5 oz) Raisins, Seedless
0.5 oz Dried Cranberries
1 serving 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
0.33 serving Mayo Light Mayonnaise
6 serving Mayonnaise
6 slice Bacon

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Salad

Break broccoli florets into small pieces. Add raisins, cranberries, and cheese. Set aside. Cook the bacon and chop into small pieces. Set aside until just before serving (refrigerate). Mix sugar, vinegar, and mayonnaise with whisk. Pour over broccoli mixture and fold until broccoli is well coated. Chill for several hours or overnight. Add bacon just prior to serving.
