Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Salad

6 cup, chopped Broccoli
9 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
4 oz Mild Cheddar Cheese
16 tbsp Salad Dressing, Mayonnaise Type, Regular
4 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Salad

  1. Clean and chop broccoli into small pieces/florets.

  2. Slice green onions and add to broccoli.

  3. add cooked bacon bits.

  4. whisk the mayo, vinegar and sugar.

  5. add seasoning & herbs to taste.
