A quick and easy salad that tastes best when made the day before.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Salad


Salad:
3 c. broccoli, steamed
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 oz. bacon, cooked (6 strips) or use bacon bits
1/2 c. pine nuts, lightly toasted
1/4 c. green onions
8 oz. water chestnuts, 1 can

Dressing:
3/4 c. plain yogurt, drained

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Salad

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl, toss. Pour dressing over. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving, preferably overnight.
