Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli salad

400 g Broccoli, finely chopped
1 cup chicken broth
20 g garlic, diced
100 g onion, diced
1 cup coriander
1 cup fennel, sliced
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Broccoli salad

  1. Finely chop broccoli and soak in broth. About 20 minutes.

  2. Dice garlic

  3. Chop coriander

  4. Slice fennel thinly

  5. Mix all together with lemon juice and salt to taste.
