Recipe Ingredients for broccoli salad

4 cups broccoli florets
1 cup onion
4 anchovies
1/4 cup parsley
14 cherry tomatoes cut in half
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tablespoon mustard
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for broccoli salad

  1. steam broccoli and cool

  2. mince onion, anchovies, parsley

  3. make dressing and pour over ingredients
