Delicious Broccoli Salad Add bacon & use full fat mayo for entertaining

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Salad

1 bunch broccoli
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup red onion
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup grapes
1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoon red wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Salad

  1. Combine all salad ingredients.

  2. In a separate small bowl, combine ingredients for dressing (mayo, sugar & vinegar) and mix well.

  3. Add dressing to salad ingredients and toss until evenly coated.

  4. Chill for at least one hour prior to serving.
