Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Salad


Ingredients:
1 stalk broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped red onion
8 slices turkey bacon or regular bacon
1 cup light cheddar cheese, shredded

Dressing:
1 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup splenda no calorie

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Salad

  1. Fry bacon until crispy, drain grease and set aside.

  2. Cut up broccoli and cauliflower flowerettes into bite-sized pieces, leaving just a little stem.

  3. Add onion, cheese and dressing.

  4. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight.

  5. Crumble bacon into bits, add to bowl and toss salad just before serving.
