"Broccoli, red grapes, bacon bits and almonds. With a hiont of curry. One of my favorite salads.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Salad

4 cups brocccoli (broken into small pieces)
2 cups grapes (red, seedless, cut in half)
3 tbsp. Bacon Bits Simulated
1/2 cup almonds (slivered and toasted)
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Salad

In bowl add broccoli, grapes, bacon bits and slivered almonds. Toss. In another bowl add dressing ingredients. Mix well. When ready to serve combine salad and dressing. Mix well.
