Broccoli, Bacon, Sunflower seeds & Craisins

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Salad

608 g Broccoli
3 oz Bacon Bits
6 oz sweetened dried cranberries
3/4 cup Mayo Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 packets Stevia
1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Salad

  1. cut florets from bunch, into bit sized pieces = ~ 4 - 5 cups.

  2. Whisk together Mayo, vinegar & stevia.

  3. Mix all together & let set for at least 20 min. Serve.
