Broccoli Salad - great as side dish served chilled

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Salad, Italian Style

5 oz Broccoli, cooked
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 tbl Vinegar, Balsamic
2 tsp Cheese, Romano
1 tsp lemon juice
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash Italian seasoning
1/4 Onion, small

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Salad, Italian Style

  1. Blanch, Boil or Steam Broccoli to desired tenderness

  2. Rinse with cold water and chill in refrigerator

  3. Cut into individual spears / florettes

  4. Rough Chop Onions and add to Broccoli

  5. Grate cheese and add

  6. Mix with remaining ingredients

  7. Best Served at room temperature
