Make sure to dry the broccoli very well before you roast them ? if they have water on them they will tend to steam more than dry roast

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Roasted

2 cups broccoli
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Roasted

  1. Rinse and chop broccoli, peel stems

  2. Toss in bowl with olive oil and seasoning

  3. Bake in oven - 425 for 20 min or on BBQ in a grill basket

  4. Can top with parmesan cheese, lemon zest and juice, and pine nuts if desired (wanting to be fancy)
