Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli, Ricotta Penne

12 ounces frozen broccoli
1 medium red onion
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Broccoli, Ricotta Penne

saute the broccoli, the onion, oil and vinegar in a pan. Then, mix it with the cooked pasta. Serve the ricotta on the top.
