1/4 cp white, long grain rice 1 cp water 1 tsp butter 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules 1 cp broccoli, coarsely chopped 2 tbs red bell pepper, coarsely chopped

0.25 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Rice

  1. Combine rice, water, butter, and bouillon in a small saucepot. Cover and cook over low heat until water is absorbed and rice is tender (about 20 mins).

  2. Add the broccoli and peppers to the rice for the last 5 mins of cooking.

  3. Makes 2 servings.
