3 cups brown rice, cooked
1 cup broccoli, cooked
10 1/2 ounce 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
10 1/2 ounce water

Recipe Directions for Broccoli & Rice Mushroom Soup

  1. Prepare rice per instructions.

  2. Steam broccoli w/o salt or butter.

  3. Add all ingredients into medium and stir until condensed soup is combined.

  4. Simmer until warm.

  5. Add pepper to taste.

  6. Enjoy!
