Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Rice Casserole

1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
10 ounces broccoli, chopped (10 ounces frozen)
1 tablespoon butter
8 ounces cheez whiz
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
5 ounces evaporated milk
3 cups cooked rice

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Rice Casserole

  1. In large skillet saute onion, celery and broccoli in butter 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender. Stir in the cheese sauce, soup and milk until smooth

  2. place rice in greased 8" square baking dish. Pour cheese mixture over, do not stir. Bake uncovered at 325 for 25 - 30 minutes
